You are 100% responsible for your digital file: If your files are not submitted properly OKNO cannot be held responsible. We will not double check your files!! Please be sure to proofread your document very carefully and inspect your file preview. If your digital files do no meet the exact dimensions necessary for printing with Bleed and Safety, the preview will resize your files automatically, potentially distorting your files. Should your files become distorted, you take full responsibility for re-uploading your files with proper Bleed and Safety zones.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds are available on orders unless work has not been started and the refund is requested the same business day. In the case of a refund on an order that work has not started, a $15 processing fee will be charged. Refunds may take up to 21 business days to be issued.
